Return Policy/Lifetime Guarantee

Here at Genesis our Customer's Satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and offer our customers a Lifetime Guarantee on your Genesis Jewelry purchase!

Our Lifetime Guarantee is offered by Genesis, therefore exchanges must be made through Genesis Corporate, not our Jewelry Consultants.

Within 30 days of the original purchase your new or unworn jewelry will be replaced or exchanged at no charge. Jewelry must be in the original packaging accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be returned to Genesis. Return shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

Within 120 days, Genesis will be happy to repair or replace your jewelry within 120 days from the date of purchase due to manufacturer's defect. If the jewelry is not repairable or no longer available, Genesis will offer the customer a replacement of the customer's choice of equal or greater value or a Genesis Gift Certificate of equal value, excluding shipping charges. Difference in price, additional shipping and applicable sales tax of the replacement of greater value will apply. Simply return your jewelry to the Genesis Corporate Offices. Return Shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

After 120 days, Genesis will be happy to repair or replace your jewelry due to manufacturers defect for a handling fee of $7 per item. If the jewelry is not repairable or no longer available, Genesis will then offer the customer a Genesis Gift Certificate of equal value excluding shipping charges. Simply return your jewelry to the Genesis Corporate Offices. Return Shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

**Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to jewelry items that are the result of misuse or normal wear and tear or improper care of jewelry item. Normal wear and tear, misuse or improper care will be by determined by Genesis. All returns, repairs and exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and our Genesis Return Form available on our website at www.everyonelovesgenesis.com. All Shipping charges and handling charges are not refundable.
